Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Creavibe Digital, a product of RoyalSoft LLC ("we", "us", or "our") for services or purchasing digital products, you ("client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement.
2. Services Provided
Creavibe Digital provides professional digital marketing services and digital products including:
- Content Marketing & SEO Strategy
- Social Media Management and Marketing
- Paid Advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Email Marketing Campaigns
- Marketing Analytics and Reporting
- Marketing Automation
- Strategy Consulting
- Digital product downloads (templates, workbooks, content calendars)
Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Monthly Retainer Services
- Payment due monthly in advance on the 1st of each month
- Services commence upon receipt of first payment
- Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days
Project-Based Services
- 50% deposit required before work commences
- Remaining 50% due upon project completion
- Payment accepted via Stripe (card, ACH, bank transfer) or PayPal
Digital Products
- Payment required in full before download access is granted
- All prices in USD

4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets, and information
- Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
- Provide accurate information about your business and target audience
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
- Make payments according to agreed terms
5. Intellectual Property
- Client Content: You retain all rights to content, images, and materials you provide
- Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive full rights to deliverables created specifically for your project
- Digital Products: Non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license; no resale or redistribution
- Tools & Templates: Proprietary tools and methodologies remain the property of Creavibe Digital / RoyalSoft LLC
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement — including business strategies, customer data, financial information, and trade secrets.
7. Performance & Results
While we employ industry best practices and data-driven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific results (sales figures, follower counts, conversion rates, etc.) as marketing performance depends on numerous factors beyond our control.
8. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed by Stripe and PayPal — PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
- Accepted Methods: Credit/debit card, ACH direct debit, bank transfer, PayPal
- ACH & Bank Transfer: May take 4–5 business days to clear
- Payment Data: We do not store your card or bank account numbers
- Dispute Rights: You have 120 days to dispute transactions with your card provider
- Chargeback Policy: Please contact contact@creavibe.pro before initiating chargebacks
9. Termination
- By Client (monthly): 30 days written notice; responsible for payment through notice period
- By Creavibe Digital: Right to terminate immediately for non-payment, abusive behavior, or illegal activities
- Project-based: Either party may terminate with written notice; client responsible for work completed to date
10. Limitation of Liability
Creavibe Digital's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
11. Compliance & Ethics
All services are provided in compliance with applicable laws and platform guidelines (Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, etc.). Client agrees not to request services that violate laws, platform policies, or ethical marketing practices.
You may not use our services for: illegal activities, adult content, gambling, weapons promotion, misleading marketing practices, spam, or IP infringement.
12. Data Protection
We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then arbitration or the courts of England and Wales if necessary.
14. Amendments
These terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
