Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Creavibe Digital (operated by RoyalSoft LLC), we stand behind the quality of our products and services. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request them, and the expected timelines for each payment method.
By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy. All prices are in USD.
2. Digital Products
Digital products (templates, workbooks, content calendars, downloadable files) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the file has not been downloaded. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, refunds are issued at our discretion.
- Refund window: 14 days from purchase date
- Downloaded products: case-by-case review
- Defective or misdescribed products: full refund regardless of download status
3. Marketing Services & Retainers
- Deposits: Non-refundable once work has commenced
- Monthly retainers: Cancel with 30 days written notice; no refund for the current billing period
- Project milestones already delivered: Non-refundable
- Unstarted work: Full refund of prepaid amounts
4. Refund Processing Times by Payment Method
Credit / Debit Card
Processed immediately on our end. Funds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
ACH Direct Debit (US Bank Account)
ACH refunds take 5–10 business days to settle. This is a bank network requirement and cannot be expedited.
Bank Transfer
Processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing time may vary by bank.
PayPal
Typically processed within 3–5 business days, returned to your PayPal balance or original payment source.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@creavibe.pro with:
- Your order number or purchase email
- The product or service you purchased
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
6. Dispute Resolution — Please Contact Us First
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at contact@creavibe.pro. We can typically resolve issues faster than the chargeback process.
Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension. We retain records of all transactions, delivery confirmations, and communications for a minimum of 120 days.
7. Exceptions — Non-Refundable
- Change of mind after a service has been fully delivered
- Failure to read product descriptions or service agreements before purchase
- Requests made after the 14-day refund window for digital products
- Fraudulent purchase attempts
